All types of cakes can be assembled and baked in the ring mold which is the perfect size for individual portion servings. Use the ring to make entrées, layered vegetables, rosti, mousses and desserts with a professional presentation. A cookie or baking sheet should be used under the ring, for assembly and baking, and to allow for easy removal of the contents. Depending on the food ingredients used, a little greasing of the ring may be necessary to prevent sticking.
