These high strength paste colours are more concentrated than our Spectral paste range but are used in exactly the same way. Mix into fondant icing or other icing mediums to create desired shades. Please be aware, Black Extra paste colour can be affected by the ingredients in some cheaper fondant Ingredients > Icings available on the market. We have discovered that in some cases the fondant has a ‘bleaching’ effect on the product and can turn it a different colour.
