Mixed with chocolate, gianduja, ganache or caramel, Hazelnut Bresilienne will keep its crunch. It can even be used as an inclusion or sprinkled on dough and then baked in the oven.
Our chefs recommend 0t to mix it with cream or liquid-based preparations since it may turn soggy after a while. And when sprinkled ‘à la minute’ on desserts, pastries and drinks, bresilienne will give them a wonderfully delightful crunch.

With Callebaut’s Caramel, that changes: you can count on a genuine, great tasting caramel made with the best ingredients and without any artificial flavours or colourings. It has a deep & bold caramel taste and golden-brown colour, typical for home-made caramels. And the best part: it’s there, close at hand, without increasing the workload of your staff!
Our chefs elaborated the caramel recipe in such a way that it’s easy to work with and allows you to use for anything from filling in bonbons to topping your desserts. It has a short tail for perfect piping in small delicacies such as bonbons or bars. And it’s firm enough to be perfectly versatile to also top cakes, pastries and desserts or flavour your creams and crémeux. The essence of the cocoa bean.
Cocoa nibs are the pure heart and soul of every cocoa bean. After roasting the whole beans, they’re broken into pieces. Through meticulous winnowing, all shells are removed only to end up with a very pure and tasty ingredient: Callebaut®’s cocoa nibs. With their intense toasted cocoa taste and crunchy texture, nibs make for a great ingredient to texturise your desserts or even savoury dishes.
Sprinkle them on freshly dipped or enrobed confectionery for an extra-intense cocoa boost. Infusing your caramels with (finely crushed) cocoa nibs will create a wonderful nougatine. Or mix them into your chocolate-nut praline mixtures or giandujas for some extra flavour and a surprising texture.
